Above Ground Pools
We do not work on above ground pools. If we arrive at an above ground pool we will not perform any testing and cancel your appointment. If you have agreed to this term and we arrive to your location a $75 fee will be due.

Green or Unclear Pools
If we are arriving for an issue within the pool such as a liner issue and the water is not clear without prior approval NO TESTING WILL BE PERFORMED and your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available appointment, and a visit fee of $75 will apply. (we can pressure test green pools, your appointment wont be canceled)

Low Water or Empty Pools
We require pools to be filled with water to mid-skimmer height. If we arrive to a residence with a pool that is low without prior authorization your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available appointment, and a $75 visit fee will apply.

Commercial Pools
We DO NOT work on commercial pools. If we arrive at a commercial pool no testing will be performed, and a $75 fee will be apply. We are not insured for commercial propertties.

Indoor Pools or Plumbing Within A Dwelling
Pools that are indoors, or exterior pools that has pump equipment that is located within a house or basement and needs pressure testing will be cancelled from our schedule upon arrival. A $75 visit fee will apply..

Extra Large Plumbing Diameter Over 2.5"
Majority of residential pools have plumbing that have a diameter of 1 1/2 inches. The remainder of residential pools have pool pipes that have a diameter of 2 inches. Extreme Custom built pools sometimes have plumbing that is over 3 in diameter pipes. Unfortunately we do not test pipes over 2.5 inches in diameter. If you are unsure of the size please send us an image of the pool pipes in advance so we do not cancel your appointment upon arrival

Paramount systems
Automatic Floor System such as a paramount system, or any comparable type of system will not be pressure tested.These system "usually" consist of multiple 6 or more small 4 inch round jets on the floor of the pool and we do not service this system. The hydraulic timer unit of the system is fragile and chance of damaging it is high so we choose not to work on these systems. Warranty
We offer a 4 day leak detection warranty on repairs that we make within the pool itself (ie: liner, fiberglass, gunite or other material) unless otherwise stated on invoice. If the inside of the pool still leaks after we have completed our repair we will come back at no charge to you up to four days. It is the homeowners responsibility to monitor your water level and evaporation loss once we leave your residence. Repairs within a pool (ie: a patch of various materials) are guaranteed for the current season even though repairs usually last longer unless otherwise reviewed with customer and stated on invoice. Constant brushing and automated cleaning robots tend to remove any patch from any company just like treads on a car tire

Charges, Pricing
As verbally discussed with all customers we do NOT charge by the hour, we charge by the test / particular service we are arriving for, such as checking the inside of a pool such as a liner, gunite, or fiberglass for leaks. A separate test/service rate would apply for pressure testing of a pool and/or Spa, as well as an adiitional charge for locating the exact point of a pipe break underground considered "locating" if the customer chooses. We will not charge overtime if it takes longer then expected to finish your specific service/test.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We do not invoice or mail bills. We accept Checks, Cash, or Zelle unless discussed prior to your appointment. Credit Card payments are subject to a processing fee. Payment receipts and reports will be provided to you at the job site, or digitally within minutes.

Owner To Be Home At Time Of Service & Appointment Times
Pool Patcher requires the resident/ homeowner to be home at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. At times a circuit breaker may need to be reset and the homeowner will need to reset it within the house itself. This is service work and all times are subject to change within a timely manner. We require a resident to be available 2 hours before the appointment window time until the end of the appointment and work has been completed..
